I don't read many romances. Really. I'll read one here or there since mostly its mind settling and helps me be better at selling books. Since I am the only person at the store who will fess up to reading them (but not the only ones who read them. hm,) I must share with people the absolute best romance author I've read. Katie MacAlister writes all sorts of romance books, contemporary, historical, and vampish. But they are all, without a doubt, hysterically funny. She has written scenes in almost every single book that are so funny that I had to set down the book to laugh without losing my place. I love that in an author.
