Cool Websites

I've been ambling about the web lately in my "I wanna move to Alabama.. lemme see what cool moving useful websites I can find!" daze.

And I have found some of the most badass/interesting/cool/facinationg/awesome/did I say cool? sites that currently exist.
No. no porn. And no money nessicary.

I've always loved realtor.com, of course. its just a fun site to find out how much houses go for where you live. Or where you wanna live. Or where you don't wnat to live. Whatever. Its not very useful to look at rental properties, though.

But I have found the neatest site. www.city-data.com. Its so cool! You can look up any town (with a population over 200) and find out all sorts of cool stuff like percent male/female, race, education level, job industries, employment. And other things like average home cost, average rental cost, average pay. Its very nifty.

And today I found imageatlas.globexplorer.com. Which is a satalite program that can be used to look up anyplace you've got the address to. That's right. I can see my house! The pictures get so close that in them you can see that my neighbor doesn't mow his lawn! Really!

It's very cool..
